1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

At Poshak by AK (poshakbyak.com), we take immense pride in crafting premium Shamoze Silk, Raw Silk, and custom ethnic collections. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect in size, you are eligible to apply for an exchange under the following conditions:

• The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

To maintain high hygiene and custom standards, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized, made-to-measure, or stitched-to-order dresses.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional discounts.
• Items damaged due to customer handling, washing, or improper iron care.

3. Return & Exchange Process

To request an exchange or return due to manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, follow these simple steps:

• Take clear pictures or a short video showing the issue/defect with the product.
• Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or Email at support@poshakbyak.com with your Order ID.
• Once approved by our quality control team, ship the parcel back to our designated return address.

4. Refund Policy

We strictly follow an exchange-first policy. Cash refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances:

• If the ordered item is completely out of stock and cannot be delivered or exchanged.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via original payment method or online bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the exchange/return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect dispatch from our end, Poshak by AK will cover all courier delivery charges. If an exchange is requested due to a size change or personal preference, reverse and re-delivery shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
